How long does the claims process normally take?
For exterior property damage claims, our timeframe averages between 2-3 months to close a residential claim and 5-6 months for a commercial claim – which is much faster than many other public adjusting firms.
How do I file a claim?
After our Letter of Representation is signed with the policyholder, and we receive all the necessary photos from the contractor, all you have to do is wait! The claims process is a timely one, so we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your claim, and you are always welcome to reach out to us for an update as well.
If you do not know how to file a claim, you can reach out to your contractor who can guide you through the filing process (don’t worry, it’s not difficult!).
What are your rates or fees?
The way we are compensated for our work is by taking a percentage out of the final settlement amount, and this percentage is different per state, but is always between 10%-15%. We want to make sure the contractor has enough money from the claim settlement to do all necessary repairs while the policyholder has to pay as little out of pocket as possible.
What do I have to do during the claims process?

Why should I trust Frontier Claims?
